At PAWS For Life – Animal Welfare & Protection Society we take the
process of adopting a new family member quite seriously. Due to the problems
that can arise when someone is surprised with a “live” gift – we prefer that
all potential adopters visit the shelter and visit our dogs in “pawson.”
You should bring the whole family, including dogs, to meet potential new
family members in our meet and greet area.
Adoption fees are very affordable and vary depending on the age of the
animal. Please ask about fees if they are not posted.
$55.00/65.00 over 5 yrs old/with rabies shot
$65.00/75.00 1-5 years old/with rabies shot
$80.00/90.00 13 weeks to 1 yr/ with rabies shot
$100.00 for puppies up to 13 weeks
If a puppy is not spayed/neutered an EXTRA $50.00 must be added to the above
fees and will be refunded on proof that the animal has been spayed or neutered.
A certificate will be issued.
* This is State Law.
Fee includes: spay or neuter*, parvo plus & Bordatella shots, collar,
name tag, and training DVD.
